SB10 provides for 0.24 million acre-feet of storage, but no cleansing, thus no way to send all the stored water farther south. Compared to the 2016 harmful flows to the Caloosahatchee (1.26 million ac-ft) it is only a 20% solution, much less considering the St Lucie excess flows. But it is a start.
