Subcommittee on Water includes officials from the Departments of State and
Interior and private think tanks and foundations. In the first panel, witnesses
include Anne Castle, Assistant Secretary for Water and Science, Department
of the Interior, Jerry Hansen, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for
Installations, Energy, and Environment, U.S. Army, and Aaron Salzberg, Special Coordinator for Water Resources
