Attached please find the Southwest Florida Watershed Council’s Final Draft Comment Letter on the Charlotte Harbor NEP Proposed Estuarine Numeric Nutrient Criteria. Please review the comment letter and let me know via email before Monday at 5pm if you support its dissemination. As you are aware the Watershed Council operates on a consensus basis and only current members are eligible to participate in the consensus process.
