Maybe this EPA mandate
can do what comp plans and elected officials never found the spine to do.
Frankly anything Barney Bishop and Assoc Ind is against is usually a good thing for the
people. In fact reread the last 2 paragraphs but insert Amendment 4 in place of
the Clean Water Act. Irony is thick...

I am sick of the
government trying to give us healthy drinking water for our babies. The
government has no business stopping polluters. I work for david koch of koch
industries, the richest polluter on earth, and i have a right to kill your kids
with pollution.

To bad 80 percent of the
water pollution in this state is from non-specific sources. ie road run off and
yard run off. All of those Yankees with green grass covered with excess
fertilizer and pesticides is the biggest problem. I hope those new rules
address this lunacy.

It's about time the EPA
will enforce the no pollute rule. They should offer rewards to those that
"report" offenders. The SJRWMD does nothing but issue permits to suck
it dry or allow cities to dump improperly treated sewage into it. At least the
Army Corp of Engineers sprays our "river of grass" canals and
tributaries to keep them open for safe navigation and stream flows.
