CRCA action on EMA proposal as alternative to replacement of the Ceitus Boat Lift.

Board Action:

Rae Ann Wessel is empowered to vote in favor of the EMA proposal package if all the following proposed projects will be completed within 3 years and will meet much higher performance commitments:

1. Fertilizer Ordinance
2. Sewer Installation

3. Septic Ordinance

4. Stormwater Treatment

5. Living Shoreline, to include the North Spreader Canal

6. Timeline for planning on the northern creeks

7. Filling in Deepest Canals to –5 feet

If the above projects are not completed within 3 years then the Ceitus Boat Lift structure must be replaced.
