The Everglades Foundation released on Feb 28 its own study on the economic benefits of building a reservoir south of Lake Okeechobee, in response to James Madison Institute's study, in which it was said the project would cost Florida's economy $695 million a year and 4,148 jobs. [Miami Herald]
